• Our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.

• Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

• Delivery includes taking the furniture to the room of choice at one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee, optional).

• Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.

• Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved this MUST be done prior to our delivery team arriving. No exceptions.

• We cannot take appointments or requests. The 3 hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.

• Customer must have room clear for placement of new furniture or we will have to reschedule delivery at a later time and a second delivery fee will be charged.
